Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Product Manager - MCIT.

In this role, as a Product Owner, you will oversee the strategic management of our Salesforce technology stack, including primarily Salesforce with integrated enterprise technologies for call center, workforce management and unified communications. You will assist with the evaluation, integration, and utilization of new and existing capabilities to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency while ensuring that all tools are running safely and securely. This position requires someone who is passionate about driving outcomes and leading the technology supporting those outcomes, who can bring creative and new ideas to life, and who will deliver superior results consistently. Reports progress to Steering Committee interfacing with Executive Sponsor(s) and key Stakeholders across the different salesforce ORGs. This position will deliver on translating key business goals and strategies into actionable functionality and metrics. Determines target-state User Experience while making decisions and helps remove roadblocks/obstacles.

Job Responsibilities:

    • Owns vision & roadmap of the product and establishes acceptance criteria for feature requests
    • Provides the goals and strategy for their business group(s) on each Salesforce project. Acts as escalation point for decisions
    • Develops the Business Backlog & Set Priorities for their business in each release
      • Drives stakeholder workshops, prioritization and change request completeness
      • Ensures that changes requests do not go into delivery stream until thoroughly vetted by the stakeholders
    • Responsible for business sign-off for any stated requirements
    • Defines business unit communication strategy and owns end user communication plan
    • Advocates for the business leads and end users
      • Ensure that key user feedback is integrated into their product planning
      • Collect, curate, and promote the most relevant ideas into features
    • Ability to present an Architectural Point of View factoring in economies of scale to technology C-Suite leaders
    • Change Management- Ability to increase user adoption and conduct business stakeholder analysis
    • DevOps: Create Release Management strategy for automated deployment and testing process
    • Understand and adhere to HIPAA compliance guidelines
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

Additional Position Specific Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business partners to develop and track adoption strategy metrics
Ensure Salesforce user experience is optimized and drives adoption
Act as a resource to other Product Owners to solve complex challenges and develop solutions
Act as an internal Salesforce new technology and third party Salesforce application technology expert by researching, communicating and
providing guidance to Product Owners regarding potential solutions

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Bachelors Degree Required
6 Years of relevant experience required
Ability to direct the work of a team of developers and testers and implement automation solutions independently

Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
Salesforce Certified Architect
Expert-level understanding of sales process and sales technologies.
Experience managing SaaS vendor relationships, and ideally Salesforce.
Familiarity with agile models and scrum processes.
Ability to communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand terminology.
Experience with development tools including Atlassian or JIRA,
Experience with UX technologies preferred

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $117,107.95 - $178,500.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
