The American Staffing Association (2012) stated that 88 percent of temporary workers believed temporary or contract work made them more employable, and 77 percent said temporary work was an advantageous way to find a permanent position.
In addition, working as a temp is a great way to earn a paycheck when you are not working with a direct employer, and it is a valuable way to continue building work skills. Therefore, interviewing with a temporary agency is just as important as interviewing with a direct employer.
