Requirements	We are seeking an MEP Engineer for our Construction Management division, this person will be working in New York City. The successful individual shall have: BS degree in Engineering/Architecture or related Construction Management field. A minimum of 5 years MEP Engineering experience. The ability to understand and interpret contract documents such as specifications, drawings and shop drawings. Experience in new and renovation type construction. Proven skills of all mechanical and electrical trades, including start-up and commissioning of building systems. Other duties including, design review, submittals processing, payment approvals, change order review and schedule updating.
