| These organizations are participating in our exclusive Community Outreach program. Through this program, groups and organizations that directly work with Diversity Organizations receive open job notifications on a daily basis that match the criteria they specifically requested. These daily notifications (known as JobCasts™) can be customized by location, profession, education and experience. |
Actors Fund of America - Work Program - New York The Actors’ Fund’s Actors’ Work Program (AWP) assists entertainment industry professionals in identifying and finding sideline work and new careers. AWP is a comprehensive employment and training program committed to fostering resiliency and self-reliance for industry professionals as well as providing a resource for referral of highly skilled and creative workers to the larger employment community. |

Ahrcnyc Employment & Business Services Corp AHRC staff are encouraged to further their education in the field of developmental disabilities and related studies. A variety of for-credit-courses are offered through the City University of New York and a tuition loan-forgiveness program provides financial assistance to staff members continuing their education. |

The two programs together form a framework that empowers and enables recovering homeless individuals to re-enter the work force successfully and to achieve long-term economic self-sufficiency. |

Association to Benefit Children ABC's innovative Baked in the 'Hood program prepares its trainees to secure permanent employment in the baking, catering and food service industries. The Baked in the 'Hood curriculum offers formal classroom instruction enhanced by special workshops taught by some of New York City's most accomplished and renowned chefs. Supervised on-the-job apprenticeships and hands-on internships complete their course work. Emphasizing skills training and job readiness, Baked in the Hood is a sweet recipe for success. |

Audubon Partnership for Economic Development - JobsConexion Audubon Partnership for Economic Development, LDC (APED) was created in 1996. APED is dedicated to economic development, skills development, and creating opportunities for residents and businesses of northern Manhattan in New York City. APED supports educational services, technical assistance services, and an economic development program to strengthen small businesses, management, and marketing capacity. Economic development initiatives include the Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone Commercial Revitalization Initiative, Revolving Loan Fund, and Business Outreach & Technical Assistance. |

During this time, clients are guided through a structured continuum of treatment and training designed to give them the skills they need to address any substance abuse and/or health issues and to find and maintain permanent employment and housing. |

Good Help gives companies access to the widest possible pool of available labor through one central point on access - the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce. Since the program's inception in 1998, Good Help has assisted over 600 area businesses staff for more than 1000 jobs. |
