The salary range for this role, based in New York is $86,200.00 to $107,700.00, range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
Position Summary

The Sr. Analyst plays a critical role in our mission to enable the success of our complete portfolio across our entire consumer base and the implementation and execution of PRUSA's commercial strategy.
The Sr. Analyst, National Performance helps translate PRUSA's vision around Executional Excellence into specific, measurable goals and supports the platforms and processes to track performance, providing a powerful feedback loop with the Plan, Sell, Execute, Measure sales model. The Sr. Analyst enables consistent, data-driven activation tracking and measurement across the PRUSA Commercial organization.
This position is remote and reports directly to the Director, National Performance.
Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Support all "Inspect What You Expect" Initiatives (CRM Lead)
- Supports commercial effectiveness of Internal Salesforce (CDM, PSM, MM - Account Facing)
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across functions with passion and enthusiasm. Strong entrepreneurial ability to work around obstacles, results driven, and a bias for action with a pilot/learn/scale approach.

Our hybrid work style
