Job Summary

The Training Coordinator will be responsible for developing training materials for the client's field operations employees (who install fiber and other digital solutions). The coordinator will manage the content development team made up of instructional designers, content designers, proofreaders and scriptwriters. The aim will be to serve the client in a consultative manner, understanding their demands, suggesting the best solutions, guiding the team and ensuring a high standard of quality and innovation.

Key Activities:

  • Analyze the client's training demands
  • Participate in briefing meetings and alignments with the client
  • Guiding and developing the team
  • Making winning presentations with educational solutions tailored to the client's needs and constantly seeking innovation
  • The coordinator will also need to validate the materials to ensure that the content is technically correct

Qualifications

  • Degree in electrical engineering, occupational safety or telecommunications
  • Previous experience in technical training
  • Experience in occupational safety training
  • Experience in managing people and projects and dealing with clients
  • Experience in the telecommunications sector preferred
  • Preferably specialization in corporate education (DI, related topics).
  • MS Office - advanced.
  • Desirable: English.
