Proposal COORDINATOR
Structure Tone New York is looking for a Proposal coordinator to work in a fast-paced, team environment based out of our New York office. We are looking for a creative and driven professional who provides a full range of high-level support for the firm's proposal and presentation needs. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will embrace the opportunity to promote our exciting projects in creative ways, bring new ideas to the table, and grow with the company as a leader.
This position requires proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Powerpoint and experience in the A/E/C industry.
The ideal candidate will:
  • Ensure we deliver a strategic, high-quality submission for proposals and presentation
  • Coordinate proposals, qualifications packages, and presentation materials including project descriptions, project approaches, logistics plans, descriptions of services, cover letters, resumes, and organizational charts
  • Create and customize templates to improve the efficiency and look of our client submittals
  • Create and customize project documents to meet RFP/RFQ requirements
  • Once the RFP is won, maintain and create new material for our website and other marketing/communications vehicles, document project progress with photography and video, contribute to brand identity development and implementation, maintain brand standards
  • Establish and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships with senior management and marketing team
  • Candidate must be confident and proactive (but also professional) interacting personally with senior management and team members to get what they need (meet deliverables etc).
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively handle multiple time-sensitive requests
Qualifications & Experience:
We are looking for a motivated, strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills. Conscientious and flexible, the ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity, a positive attitude, and be a team player.
We are looking for a confident, proactive professional with experience interacting personally with senior management and team members to get what they need and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt to different communication styles are required as well as an ability to work calmly and efficiently to produce quality, error-free work. Great attention to detail is a must! Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications, graphic design or related field is required. 3-5+ years of marketing experience within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry is desired.
  • 3-5 years of experience within a B2B marketing department
  • B.A. or B.S. in related field of study
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite and Powerpoint

Salary $70,000-$90,000
