Job Description:

As the Information System Security Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the security of our information systems and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard our data and systems against cyber threats. Additionally, you will create and manage system security plans, conduct risk assessments, and provide guidance on security best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement information security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of security controls to protect information systems and data.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation measures.
  • Monitor security incidents and coordinate response activities, including incident investigation and resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security requirements into the system development lifecycle processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies, trends, and threats to ensure proactive defense strategies.
  • Provide security awareness training and education to employees to promote a culture of security awareness.
  • Provide regular reports to management on the status of the information security program, including key metrics and improvements.
  • Develop system documentation for information system authorization, security management, and continuous monitoring (CONMON) of both networked and standalone information systems. (e.g., Authorization to Operate (ATO), System Security Plan (SSP), Plans of Actions and Milestones (POAM), etc.).

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a U.S. Person.
  • Candidate must have an active SECRET Security Clearance or be able to obtain one.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or at least 5 years of experience.
  • Candidate must be a self-starter and possess the ability to operate independently without supervision.
  • Advanced system administration experience in Windows (10) and Windows Server operating systems.
  • Advanced certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of information security standards, regulations, and best practices (e.g., NIST SP 800-53, NISPOM, RMF, DAAPM).
  • Strong understanding of network security, encryption, identity and access management, and risk management principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition ofForeign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
