What You Will Do:
The media manager will aid in the design and implementation of the full media strategy and execution for the fragrance brands. Luxe Fragrance brands team is looking for a passionate, creative, innovative data-driven media expert. You will need to be comfortable with media ecosystem & media KPIs/metrics. As a manager you will breathe life into our beautiful brands and will write the next chapter for our brands. This manager must thrive in driving strategy and be willing to dive deep in the details achieving excellence in activation. The ideal candidate possesses an understanding of media analytics (media mix models, search, social and/or programmatic expertise preferred) and the ability to synthesize and communicate information to different levels of stakeholders across the organization. Lastly, this individual will also work side by side with CRM, owned media and advocacy & influence business leads to drive comprehensive 360 strategies, and spearhead the collection of industry trends, key competitive analyses, and insights.

This role Aids in the creation of media strategies within brand constructs with supervision of supervisor. Implements media programs with moderate supervision and in collaboration with agencies. Provides data-driven opinions and recommendations for programming to be aligned upon with supervisors. Track and report analytics and data back to the team and supervisors with minimal oversight.
