As the Technology FinOps Senior Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of associates that will be responsible for managing the Technology Service Organization finances. This will require developing and maintaining successful relationships with the firm's technology service owners and finance.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $193,464-$328,889
San Antonio Base Salary Range: $174,229-$296,189
New York Base Salary Range: $205,099-$348,668
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.

As the Technology FinOps Senior Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of associates that will be responsible for managing the Technology Service Organization finances. This will require developing and maintaining successful relationships with the firm's technology service owners and finance.
- You will be responsible for the rationalization of Capital Groups' technology service spend.
- You will cultivate and maintain relationships for Capital Group's Technology Service Organization, finance and SS&P.
- You will be responsible for developing metrics to manage technology return on investment (ROI) .
- You will partner with technology service teams (on a set interval) to review ROI and identify areas of improvement.
- You will work together with other responsible teams including vendor management, finance, SS&P, BMO, and key internal stakeholders.

- You have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, computer science, or a related technical field or related experience.
- You have 10+ years' experience in the Financial Services Industry ( asset management highly preferred) managing technology forecasts, budgets and ROI.
- You are familiar and understand Infrastructure Technologies such as Networks, Data Centers, End User Compute to name a few.
- You thrive when diving into data and focusing on the details to ensure that we are asking the right questions while keeping top of mind our strategic objectives, internal customers, and stakeholders.
- You lead through influence while driving cross-organizational initiatives .
- You are skilled at collaborative communication and can balance global stakeholders across technology, business, and vendors.
- You possess an analytical mind and excellent critical thinking skills.
