POSITION SUMMARY: The Site Manager is responsible for the overall management of identified community residential service location(s), including the orientation and supervision of all assigned staff, medications oversight, medical appointments, food shopping/petty cash/menu implementation, fire drills, room care, outcomes implementation and documentation, physical site maintenance and vehicle issues.
DIRECT AND INDIRECT REPORTS: Direct reports are Life Skills Associates (LSAs)
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma, experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
- Two (2) years of previous experience in residential programs
- Supervisory and/or management experience preferred
- experience with Microsoft Word and Excel helpful
- Ability to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally
- Ability to request, accept and utilize feedback and training appropriately
- Ability to provide effective feedback, train, and delegate job assignments
- Ability to assess and appropriately and timely address job performance
- Ability to independently problem-solve
- Ability to perform cardio pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) according to nationally accepted standards (will train)
- Valid driver's license in state of residence and good driving recor
