TITLE: Manager, Software Development
LOCATION: Greenwood Village, CO


JOB SUMMARY: Manage a team of software professionals who deliver customer-facing and back-office software solutions for high volume products and platforms. Lead teams to deliver software development projects with a high degree of quality and in accordance with established process and technology standards. Plan complex projects that will enhance the customer experience and reduce operating costs. Provide team support and direction on shifting priorities for new and existing projects as well as enterprise initiatives, organizing and delegating work as needed. Implement software proposals and estimate scope of work utilizing Agile and Waterfall frameworks. Plan and align resources for completion of work. Collaborate with cross functional teams on resource allocation, budget implications, and timeline considerations. Receive escalations from internal partners. Resolve roadblocks and mitigate risks to ensure successful on-time delivery of software products. Ensure adequate project documentation is created. Report on technical issues, strategic planning of projects, system operations, and new software development and deployment. Develop software using Java, JavaScript, and Angular. Utilize best practices and design patterns to include event handling, routing, composability, controllers, and services. Work with element interaction, positioning, and UX concepts. Automate software queries using Angular. Develop software in an Agile and Waterfall environment. Lead and manage a team of software developers.


EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related. 5 years of experience: developing software using Java, JavaScript, and Angular; in best practices and design patterns to include event handling, routing, composability, controllers, and services; working with element interaction, positioning, and UX concepts. 4 years of experience automating software queries using Angular. 3 years of experience developing software in an Agile and Waterfall environment. 2 years of experience leading and managing a team of software developers. Hybrid (office and remote) arrangement is available.

This job posting will remain open until 2024-06-14 and will be extended if necessary.

The pay for this position has a salary range of $158,345 - $175,300. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
