About the role

As the Senior Manager, Web Producer, you will lead initiatives to optimize product registration and improve user journeys across our digital properties. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive experimentation, A/B testing, and personalization strategies to enhance user engagement and remove friction points. Your role will involve enabling Growth Marketing and Digital Acquisition teams to leverage web tie-ins effectively and refining content for optimal web presentation. Additionally, you will play a key role in leveraging data insights to track performance and continuously refine our web experiences.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in New York City for our hybrid working model. We are also open to remote employees based in the US.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Growth Marketing, Analytics, Marketing Operations, Growth Product, Developer Relations, University, and Field teams to optimize product registration processes across all digital properties, focusing on user experience and improving conversion rates globally
  • Maintain a cross-functional partnership with the Growth Marketing team to create a seamless website-to-conversion funnel experience
  • Work with the Experimentation team to improve paths to registration and reduce user friction, leveraging A/B testing and personalization techniques
  • Collaborate with growth teams to enhance tactics through effective web tie-ins, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
  • Develop strategies to target users better and enhance user segmentation for improved personalization and targeting
  • Explore opportunities to better merchandise content on the web to maximize visibility and engagement, refactor content to be more performant, and bring tactics from other channels to the web (e.g., email content) to ensure optimal presentation and alignment with user needs and preferences
  • Utilize data and insights to continuously optimize web experiences, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Lead peers through workshops for problem discovery and solution ideation
  • Lead cross-functional growth efforts across various technical and marketing teams
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum 7+ years experience
  • Experience in web production, digital marketing, or related roles, focusing on optimization and experimentation
  • Proven track record of driving results through A/B testing, personalization strategies, and user journey optimization
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Ability to work independently and meet content scheduling deadlines
  • Creative and critical thinker, able to generate innovative ideas for optimization
  • Understanding website visitor behavior, user experience (UX) principles, and SEO
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and executive presence to work directly with Marketing leadership
  • Independent self-starter, capable of taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability with excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis and reporting
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: you're proactive, agile, creative, resourceful, and tenacious as you solve problems and achieve team and company goals

MongoDB's base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB's total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings. MongoDB's base salary range for this role in the U.S. is:
$104,000$204,000 USD
