The Role

As the Senior manager, program management,you will play a critical rolein the operational and strategic aspects of the business by supporting the broader efforts of the Chief Revenue Officer executive office, leadership team and the organization.

The Senior manager, program management,position will be responsible for growth and delivery of value from the organization by increasing team performance and engagement, culture and building of communities, and communication through the organization, in alignment with the organizational strategy.

Reporting to the Director Business Operations, you will design, implement, and measure programs that drive measurable outcomes related to a high-performance, increased employee engagement and diverse teams.

Location

This is a fully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S.

The Main Responsibilities
  • Design and execute the program strategies and rhythms that unlock a high-performance team, employee engagement across our commercial organization. This includes implementing new programs that address a business problem or risk, creating and measuring program KPIs, and influencing stakeholders and project owners so that their work aligns to measurable business outcomes and achieves organizational goals.
  • Develop strategies and tactics for diversity, inclusion, and engagement that align with the strategic goals and objectives of the business; Build strong internal relationships across all layers of the organization, that allow for a deeper understanding of our diversity, inclusion and belonging needs and the ability to influence the outcome of our programs
  • Employee Engagement & Community Building: Maintains current understanding of employee engagement within the organization division; Implements strategies to drive employee engagement, culture, and organizational capabilities.
  • Develop presentation content, briefing materials, and other collateral to communicate the organization strategies and successes. Includes preparing presentation materials for the CRO, such as townhalls and executive level updates.
  • Lead ad hoc special projects where scope cuts across the organization or requires dedicated support outside a given function.
  • Create sustainable engagement processes, and work effectively with key internal and external partners
  • Oversee goal setting related to culture and high performing teams, and develop key inspection mechanisms (internal monthly reviews, etc)
What We Look For in a Candidate
  • Professional Consulting Level Bachelor's degree. Typically with 8+ years of experience. 6+ years of experience with Master's Degree.
  • Experience in defining a business problem, building a program strategy, and execution of programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience drive change management through large and complex organization.
  • Experience in driving employee engagement and community building, preferably in a commercial organization.
  • Extensive Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
  • Ability to work in a complex environment
  • Experience working with all levels of an organization, including senior leadership, to build strategies and programs and influence stakeholders to work against measurable outcomes.
  • Highly collaborative and approachable with ability to lead through influence
Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$111480 - $148630 in these states: AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, and SD.
$117340 - $156450 in these states: AZ, AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY.
$123210 - $164280 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, and RI.
$129080 - $172100 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.

As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
