Compensation & Benefits Analyst - North America

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Analyst to support and enhance our company's total reward programs. This role will mainly focus on North America compensation and benefits but with an expectation of bringing a global mindset to broader initiatives. You will be involved in collaborating with external partners, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leveraging your analytical skills to provide support to internal partners and employees. Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultative, analytical, and administrative support related to compensation planning, analysis, and research
  • Coordinate annual salary survey participation and participate in results review to assess market competitiveness
  • Maintain integrity of internal job architecture structure, partnering with internal partners on job description creation, review, evaluation, and leveling
  • Maintain accuracy of employee data across multiple compensation systems and processes
  • Support annual 401k true up analysis and review, identifying discrepancies and partnering with internal and external partners to resolve
  • Review benefit and perk programs to assess utilization and impact, recommend improvements and program revisions to help enhance employee experience
  • Assists with the annual pay processes that drive salary increases and bonus allocations, leading assigned portions and facilitating communications and notifications with internal partners and employees
  • Support administration of various benefit programs, including fitness perks, allowance review and processing, HSA audits, etc.
  • Support ongoing assessment and review of federal, state, and local regulations (i.e FLSA) to ensure compliance
  • Contribute to ongoing reporting and development of dashboards, modeling, and proactive analytics
  • Works with internal partners in support of pay transparency regulations and requirements
  • Assists with the annual benefits renewal process, including the coordination of annual open enrollment process, communication, and vendor data feeds

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of compensation, benefits, and data analysis experience.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation programs, medical and retirement plans (qualified and non-qualified).
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Superb Excel skills and comfortable managing large data sets
  • Exceptional attentional to detail
  • Effective communication and partnering skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to be a self-starter and work independently.
  • Proactive approach and ability to anticipate next steps.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Familiarity with SAP, Workday, ADP, and Power BI a plus
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and can thrive in a fast-paced environment

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. Pay Range
$45,000$90,000 USD
