Overview

The Part Time Government & Vertical Banking Admin (Hybrid) is to support all objectives and goals of the Government and Vertical banking teams through executing a variety of administrative support functions to ensure the organized flow of daily business. Proactive, motivated, versatile, and organized professional. Specifically supporting the SVP/Director of Government banking and Vertical Relationship Officers

Responsibilities
    Review reports for Government and Vertical banking on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Review and complete reports for Government and Vertical banking on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Report monthly results to the SVP Director of Government and Vertical Banking
  • Assists with developing and/or maintains data spreadsheets on a monthly, annual or ad-hoc basis.
  • Maintains correspondence and other records as necessary.
  • Assists in preparation of presentations, spreadsheets analysis and general communication.
  • Develops relationships proactively and interact confidently with colleagues of all levels.
  • Corresponds with and gathers information from others as needed.
  • Conducts research as assigned, compiles and types of statistical reports within timely manner.
  • Handles administrative and operational needs working directly with Clients in the Government and Vertical portfolio. Handles all routine issues independently including account opening process and takes responsibility for completing all tasks on time and with a high degree of quality.
  • Orders and maintains office supplies, coordinates equipment maintenance for SVP Director of Government banking and Vertical relationship Officers.
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism when dealing with confidential and sensitive matters.
  • Assists with special projects as assigned.
  • Performs other duties as needed to support both short- and long-term objectives.
  • In the performance of respective duties, must maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all other regulatory, security and bank policies.
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • PC proficiency.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
