Responsibilities

You will help define the drivers of campaign performance for multiple clients targeting multiple countries to deliver and optimize peak results across objectives from brand awareness, enhanced consideration, and ultimately drive conversion and ROI.

For this role, you should demonstrate a deep knowledge of mixed media modeling and data integration across multiple touchpoints - ranging from search, social and programmatic channels. The role requires an excellent understanding of biddable media buying, how the markets operate, plus a keen analytic aptitude. It requires an ability to numerate and articulate when speaking to clients, writing documents, and analyzing results. It also requires a highly motivated person who is proactive in growing media accounts, increasing efficiencies, and identifying new client opportunities. You are someone with entrepreneurial spirit who is passionate about all things related to media strategies, digital and traditional media planning, buying and innovation, and cares for their team and their clients like family.

You develop unique paid digital media plans, inclusive of custom programs, that are consistent with approved strategies and budget. Responsible for overseeing plan execution (strategic planning & plan implementation)

You should have a strong ability to clearly articulate the advantages of digital media and the value propositions for how Ogilvy plans and executes media is required.

  • Develop, manage, and execute strategic integrated media plans including oversight of buy recommendations, execution details, budgets/accounting.
  • Ability to deep dive on analysis that leads to optimization recommendations and new media strategies.
  • Work with senior management to develop strategies, recommendations, and onboard new technology for media plans.
  • Oversee and foster cross-agency relationships with account, production, and outside partners.
  • Interface and present to clients on regular basis.
  • Oversee completion of daily assignments, including but not limited to: reporting, tagging/trafficking, optimizing, negotiating, gathering screenshots, vendor communication & meetings, custom creative review, sending RFPs, planning (including slide/deck development), billing (client & vendor), internal/external status updates, research projects, etc.
  • Work with Analytics team for reporting from our various forms of buying and ad serving platforms and to create optimization recommendations based on advanced analytics like audience profiling, post-conversion data, offline-to-online modeling.
  • Review/QA reporting generated by junior team members.
  • Write client facing POVs to evaluate digital media opportunities and inspire clients via phone, email or in-person interaction.
  • Follow, analyze, and optimize against trends and the latest technological advancements in media landscape,and connect learnings over time.
  • Contribute to strategy and brainstorming sessions for new clients and pitches.
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify patterns and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Perform as a leader with minimal supervision.
  • Liaise with clients in providing regular deliverables and communicating updates and innovations relevant to their business.
  • Train, motivate and develop team members.

Qualifications

Discipline Specific Skills and Qualifications

  • 5 - 7 years of digital media experience in an agency, managing an integrated media team a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of performance marketing platforms is a plus: search, paid social PMDs, tracking and tagging methods, and various analytic packages.
  • Must be confident, innovative problem solver, team player and have strong communication skills.
  • Experience working in an integrated capacity with Planning, Account and Creative teams in both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Strong working competency in the following channels:
    • Digital Display/Video
    • Social
    • SEM
    • Ad Tech & Ops
  • Experience in Trade Desk or Google Marketing Platform (DBM) is a plus.
  • Experience and an understanding of DCO is a plus
  • Exposure to traditional media platforms (TV, Print, Out-of-Home, and Radio) is a plus.
  • Google AdWords and Facebook Blueprint certification is a plus.
  • Exceptional written, verbal and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees & clients.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and advanced follow-through skills.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. Pay Range
$60,000$140,000 USD
