Well, what about the team?

We are looking for a highly organized and strategic-minded Sportsbook Operations and Content Coordinator to deliver engaging, fun, and creative content for our Bally Bet players across North America, while overseeing the performance of our sportsbook both online and retail. The goal of the Content team is to keep our players loyal and highly engaged while sportsbook operations work on the performance of the sportsbook and are the front-line team to for all Sportsbook queries and assistance required.

The Sportsbook Operations & Content Coordinator will create daily boosts, specials, as well as monitor performance across areas of the Sportsbook/Trading to identify any pain points or areas of concern and flag it to the appropriate audiences. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a high attention to detail, creative and a willingness to learn and excel in a start-up like environment.

So, what will you be doing?
  • Creating betting content including betting specials, boosts and ensuring they are properly setup using our sport product providers back-office tools.
  • Managing content to be displayed on carousels in both the online sportsbook as well as all Bally Bet Sportsbook retail locations across the United States.
  • Providing senior stakeholders with regular reporting and identifying areas of concern within the Sportsbook Vertical, both online and retail.
  • Alongside the Manager, Sportsbook Operations & Content, contribute to budgeting, development, and execution of all content lead promotions such as Boosts & Specials
  • Collaborating with the broader marketing teams to assist in the delivery of marketing assets across the controlled content units.
  • Working with our Technology partner to ensure any new markets/leagues are approved and following our internal process while fulfilling all regulatory requirements.
  • Staying up to date with customer preferences, industry standards, and competitor analysis.
  • Creating and maintaining the sports calendar to assist the wider sportsbook marketing teams.
  • Working closely with our technology partner to discuss player/market performance.
  • Working closely with our Insights team to monitor for trends and sports wagering performance.
And what are we looking for?
  • Have excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate organization, prioritization, and a high attention to detail.
  • Be creative, passionate and a go-getter attitude.
  • Able to manage multiple and changing priorities and adhere to deadlines.
  • Be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic Photoshop knowledge a plus.
  • Be retail- and results-oriented initiative-taker with disciplined workflow practices.
  • Comfortable analyzing data and consumer research.
  • Possess interest in the North American sports market.

Experience Required:

  • 1-3 Years' Experience, ideally with an online sportsbook or sports marketing within the North America market.
  • Experience working with Promotions, Marketing or Analytics.
  • Have understanding of Sportsbook customer promotions, bonuses, and reward types.
  • Ability to collaborate confidently across teams and build strong working relationships.

Flexible Working

Salary Range: $55,000-$70,000 plus a yearly bonus.
