Rolls out the training policy by ensuring the development of employees' skills and the transmission of knowledge within the Group.
Designs the Training plan and programs: advises managers and employees about their training needs, identifies and anticipates changes in business
Implements the Training Plan and guarantees its execution: ensures the organization of training actions, re-adapts the plan according to the context, develops training courses, curriculum, or materials, and delivers and evaluates trainings sessions. Coordinates guest trainers or subject matters experts (SMEs)
Manages relations with professional and institutional training partners: watches the market for training service providers (digital, face-to-face, etc.), selects organizations that meet training requirements, etc.
Monitors the training plan budget: seeks out and optimizes funding from collecting organizations, ensures the reliability of computerized training data, ensures reporting, etc.
Implements the skills management and development policy
If management: recruits, manages, organizes, supports and trains his/her team.
