Director, U.S. Senior Relationship Manager - (employer: Natixis New York Branch; job location: New York, NY) - Cultivate and manage relationships with private equity firms and financial sponsors, understanding their needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. Source and identify potential investment and transaction opportunities in collaboration with the firm’s deal teams. Conduct in-depth financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation of potential investment targets or companies for acquisition. Collaborate with internal teams to structure deals and negotiate terms that align with the interests of the financial sponsors and the investment bank. Create pitch materials and presentations to showcase potential investment opportunities to financial sponsor clients. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to advise clients effectively. Ensure all activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Collaborate with various departments within the bank, such as corporate finance, legal, and risk management, to execute transactions successfully. Provide ongoing support and excellent service to financial sponsor clients throughout the deal lifecycle. Requirements: Master’s degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field plus two (2) years of experience in the position offered or as a Senior Relationship Manager or Inter-deal Broker in the financial services industry. All of the required experience must have included experience originating cross-border transactions and managing flow transactions across Delta 1 and Exotic Equity derivatives. This role entails hybrid work, with time split between working in our New York City office and flexibility to telecommute from tri-state area (NY, NJ, CT). Salary: $200,000 - $235,000/year.
