Job Description
What this job involves - The primary responsibility of this role is to manage supplier contract relationships. This includes drafting, negotiating, and executing contracts, as well as developing strategies for local, regional, and national initiatives. The goal is to ensure that contract and procurement standards are maintained throughout the portfolio for both JLL and the client.

What is your day to day?
Support team to manage service level agreements and ensure compliance with all standards.
Execute annual initiatives that include detailed strategies, objectives, leveraged spend, and milestone timelines in alignment with Jones Lang LaSalle strategies.
Provide data analysis and reporting as required.
Assist in managing strategic plans by providing recommendations and negotiating contracts in support of the Sourcing lead.
Assist in managing contract close-outs, extensions, or renewals.
Support corporate or client mandated initiatives by preparing and executing project plans.
Assist in the preparation of budget information for all fixed contracts.
Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and other data to assess price reasonability and contractor capabilities.
Monitor competitive terms and customer satisfaction, recommending changes as needed.
Assign work priorities, deliverables, and resolve issues with teams, temporary help, and project-specific dedicated personnel to ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with the client and JLL team to deliver immediate and sustained benefits.
Act as the key communication liaison between the client team and JLL team, providing guidance and counsel on contractual terms.
Improve communications with operations team by being proactive and managing internal and external customer expectations.
Partner with Legal, Finance, and Risk Management on contractual requirements.
Provide instruction and continuous follow-up to support operations teams in standardized RFP/bid and contract processes.
Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties for visibility, awareness, and interpretation to support implementation.
Ensure compliance with sourcing and contracting policies and procedures.
Establish relationships with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standards and are reviewed and approved as required.

Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Purchasing and/or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience supporting real estate or facilities services.
3-5 years of sourcing/contract management experience.
Demonstrated experience in preparing, managing, and evaluating the RFP process for goods and services, including negotiating contracts with suppliers.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in all MS applications and excellent PC skills.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with strong analytical ability.
Proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment.

Preferred
Previous experience in sourcing/contract management preferred.
Prior knowledge and experience in a regulated GXP environment such as the pharmaceutical, medical device, or other life science industry preferred.
