Ansell is looking for a Marketing Specialist, Regional Product Portfolio Management to join our team in Iselin, NJ!

In this position you will play a vital role in assisting in the execution of product portfolio management initiatives (product changes, rationalization, promotional activities), channel partner set-ups and competitive analysis with the aim to maximize synergies and to optimize the results of each category in both the customer and the Ansell's perspective.

What your role will be?

  • Analyze product lifecycles, especially legacy products, to ensure product's positioning and profitability while frequently recommending whether to maintain or rationalize the product in the current mechanical portfolio
  • Monitor sales and field reports, pricing levels and competition within the region and works in conjunction with the team to deliver agreed levels of revenue, margins, and overall market share.
  • Assist successful and on time new product launches within the region providing guidance to the development, introduction, and positioning of new products. Localize launch materials and ensures all tasks related product creation are executed (product set up in systems, sample inventories for launch packs, etc.)
  • Coordinate deployment of product training decks, marketing collaterals through Showpad and Salesforce
  • Recognized primary point of contact within the region and subject matter expert for all product related matters, providing support and education for all stakeholders including Regional Teams, key distributors, and customers.
  • Support Regional sales teams and the sales and marketing teams of Distributors (trainings / joined customer visit), category management recommendations.
  • Will participate in Regional Sales and Operations Planning and forecasting efforts
  • Coordinate product and collateral in sample warehouse & administration software

What will you bring to Ansell?

  • Bachelor's degree with a marketing concentration or equivalent experience
  • 3 or more years of experience in Sales and Marketing or Business Development, with minimum of 1-3 years in a Product Management role
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in a global / multinational environment
  • Project Management experience is desirable
  • PPE experience preferred
