Required Experience & Qualifications:
Mininum 12 years experience in technology (product and engineering) and a minimum of 5+ years in Financial Services.

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in FSC including the configuration of the FSC Platform.

Must have minimum of 1-2+ years of experience in Wealth Management/ Implementation. Must have extensive experience working on Omnistudio.

Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Superbadge or Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional required.

Demonstrated ability to design and develop complex solutions using OOB capabilities of Salesforce platform

Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, issues, concepts, and solutions to all levels of the organization, including executive leadership and the business.

Master's\Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (engineering or computer science or engineering field

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple Salesforce FSC projects through all phases of the project lifecycle (planning, business requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support)

Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions leveraging OOB FSC cloud capabilities.

Guide a team of junior developers and mentor them.

Strong background on Relational database concepts including SQL and data modeling

Hand on experience on FSC Cloud, Omnistudio, Flow builder, Flow Orchestrator.

Experience in large-scale implementation of FSC cloud, data model optimization.

Experience in building customer-facing dashboards and its integration with enterprise applications.

Work closely with various teams (Business, Development, Infrastructure) to define and implement sophisticated, scalable and sustainable technical solutions using the Salesforce technologies, with a focus on adhering to industry standards, best practices and code quality techniques

Lead a world-class team of experienced engineering and delivery experts within technology, data and business intelligence

Set the priorities and focus for local and regional teams to support global engineering and delivery of core internal and client products and services.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position depends on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
