About the Role
Canon U.S.A.'s Imaging Technologies & Communications Group Financial Management Sub Group (ITCG FM) is currently seeking an Associate Budget Analyst (Associate Specialist, Budget and Administration). The person in this position will perform moderately complex financial analysis and review P&L and Balance Sheet elements to maintain accounting accuracy and to increase EPO (Efficiency, Productivity and Optimization) & growth through budget and monthly closing management.

This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Mondays and Wednesday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.
Your Impact
- Control, analyze, and report the ITCG Budget including monthly P&L prediction
- Prepare budget analysis reports for Sr. Management comparing budget with actuals
- Prepare monthly reporting, including but not limited to P&L, Expense, and Inventory to Sr. Management and Budget Controllers
- Assist to create a budget schedule for ITCG to coincide with CUSA budget cycle.
- Assist with monthly closing including Manual Journal Entry (MJE) processing
- Assist in Oracle Workflow review and approve vendor invoices, purchase requisitions and ITCG divisional MJE submissions
- Assist in payment collection for service programs
- Assist in maintaining service operation and financial access databases
About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 0 to 2 years of related experience.
- Corporate accounting/budget environment with knowledge of budget reporting and reconciliation.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, functions, etc.).
- Strong working knowledge of financial systems including Oracle Financials, Hyperion Planning, etc.
- Must possess excellent organization skills and have a keen ability to multitask with proven verbal and written communication skills.
- A natural self-motivator with ability to work independently.

In accordance with applicable law, we are providing the anticipated salary range for this role; $62,400- $81,550.

The company will not pursue or support visa sponsorship for this position.
