Global Account Based Marketing Director, LHH
As the Global Account Based Marketing Director, you will play a critical role in planning, organizing, and executing programs that generate new prospects, advance existing opportunities, and drive vertical cross-sales for the global business development teams within specific, targeting accounts and contacts.
Overall, your goal is to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition/cross-sell by effectively engaging and nurturing LHH's key target accounts through personalized and strategic marketing efforts.

In this role you can expect toKey Accountabilities
  • Develop, refine, implement, and optimize account-based marketing plans for strategic accounts in alignment with sales goals and account plans. This will involve identifying key target accounts, understanding their needs and the competitive landscape, and devising tailored, measurable marketing approaches to engage and convert them. Identifyand actionwhite space opportunities among top clients for cross-vertical selling.
  • Segment and target key decision makers and influencers within accounts using data, insights, and account intelligence.
  • Create and execute multi-channel campaigns that engage and nurture prospects and customers across the buyer journey. This will include leading efforts to personalize marketing campaigns and content for target accounts. This will involve creating custom messaging, offers, and other experiences tailored to specific account needs and pain points.
  • Measure and optimize the performance and impact of account-based marketing activities using analytics and reporting tools and continuously optimize strategies based on insights gained.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging and branding.
  • Partner with sales enablement and sales development teams to ensure leads are actioned.
  • Working with product marketing, develop collateral to support specific needs of global sales team for strategic accounts.
  • Work with digital marketing team to leverage online channels such as email, social media, webinars, and SEO to amplify marketing campaigns.
  • Developing dashboard(s) to enable, analyze and report on digital marketing metrics and KPIs related to account-based marketing performance.
  • Manage account-based marketing budget and resources.
All About You
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 9+ years of experience in account-based marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing directed toward large enterprise B2B clients.
  • Proven history of designing and executing successful account-based marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • A results-oriented mindset is crucial for driving success. We seek proven success in achieving measurable outcomes, such as revenue growth, enterprise customer acquisition, vertical expansion, and ROI.
  • Strong knowledge of account-based marketing best practices, tools, and technology platforms
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in collaborating with global teams and markets. Experience working in global or international marketing teams is a plus.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including email marketing, social media marketing, webinars, and SEO.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Salesforce.com, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Range $110,000 - $160,000 per year plus bonus.
Placement within this range is determined based on geographic location, experience, and other compensatory factors.
