Job Description

Our Macquarie Capital team has an opportunity for an innovative and dynamic UI/UX Designer. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to work closely with the business and the engineering team in envisioning, designing, and implementing ways to improve and enhance workflow and processes.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will be applying your open-mindedness and agility to work with our business groups to look for ways to continuously streamline, visualize and improve their workflow. Your human-centred design focus and enthusiasm for interacting with our stakeholders to solve problems small and large will be a key of success. You will be driving change, not only as a technologist, but also as a holistic solutions provider, applying all aspects of your design skills to help solve for workflow orchestration, automation flow and executive dashboard needs of the business.

What you offer

  • Experience in UI/UX design required, Typescript and Java experience preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge in a design based language - Angular preferred.
  • Learning mindset and willingness to explore new technology and new ways of working.
  • Can multitask and flex between roles and responsibilities
  • Ability to work effectively with clients, development teams, business, senior managers and other team members in other time
