Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.


Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Daily tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands which office services, shipping and receiving, and hospitality
  • Maintain and monitor tidiness in copy rooms, break areas, and other office space
  • Stocking the break areas with refreshments and general supplies
  • Take inventory of office supplies; identifying when to replenish and how much
  • Receiving package deliveries and preparing outgoing package shipments
  • Receiving material shipments and re-stocking, keeping storage spaces orderly
  • Lifting heavy boxes, files, or paper when needed
  • Take directions from supervisor or site manager
  • Participate in cross-training
  • Provide backfill as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 18 Years of Age or Older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 Years of Customer Service experience
  • Computer experience (Word, Excel, Outlook and Google Suite)


Physical Requirements:

  • Required to stand, walk, simple grasp, reach with hands and arms
  • Repetitive motion is required; may require twisting/bending/climbing
  • May lift up to 50 lbs. frequently


Prior Helpful Experience May Include:

  • Previous experience with data entry desirable
  • Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
