CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD Summary: The Site-manager (SM) is responsible for the performance of work at that site and has appropriate corporate decision-making authority to respond to TO requirements. SM shall work collaboratively and in concert with the TOM and the government lead, in direct support of the required TO training and technical missions. The SM serves as the principal point of contact with the government for all technical requirements in the TO and the supervisor for Contractor employees assigned to the site. The Government does not envision the SM duties to be full time; therefore, the Government anticipates these Site Managers will be dual hatted in another functional task area.
