Job Description
Support Project Manager and Project Team in the administration, coordination, planning and completion of complex, multi-location installation projects. Perform daily functions contributing to providing our customers with a consistent and quality installation ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage the assigned projects as the point of contact, performing a variety of duties.
  • Accurately prepare customer invoices for all individually assigned accounts, including proper sales tax application.
  • Review billed sales report and properly record job costs. This is to include: track all costs of the job throughout the project as compared to estimates, record and track proper accruals, and report to the management profitability on a timely and accurate basis.
  • Create, maintain, update, and manage purchase orders.
  • Review vendor invoices for accuracy and process for payment
  • Perform associated job account reconciliations and other various accounts as assigned.
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and work with customers and the credit team to resolve customer disputes and facilitate customer payment.
  • Set-up Subcontractor agreements within system application based on approved documents and terms.
  • Review billing backlog and coordinate communication with appropriate management to resolve obstacles.
  • Perform general administrative functions to support the customer service process.
  • Additional duties as needed and assigned to ensure a reflection of a Center of Excellence for our customers experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
* High School/Equivalent, Bachelors Degree preferred.
*0-3years' experience.
  • Working knowledge of basic refrigeration and/or knowledge of Commercial Refrigeration and HVAC is preferred.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple, completing priorities/tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written, required.
  • Strong customer focus skills
  • Ability to make decisions, learn quickly, think rationally and exercise good judgment.
  • Ability to work both individually and as a team with minimum supervision.
  • Flexibility to work outside normal working hours, as required.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

The salary or hourly wage range of $42,210 - $78,390 is just one component of Hussmann's total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives. *The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum wage for the location where the employee will be working, subject to local minimum wage requirements.
