Position Summary

ColumbiaDoctors is seeking a Student Administrative Worker who will report and work under the guidance of the Director, Population Health. This role will have the opportunity to work directly with ColumbiaDoctors leadership and staff throughout the organization. This role will support a range of activities including population health data collection, management, and analysis.

Responsibilities

The Population Health Student Administrative Worker will work under the guidance of the Director of Population Health. This role will have the opportunity to work directly with ColumbiaDoctors leadership and staff throughout the organization. This role will support a range of activities including population health data collection, management, and analysis.

  • Involvement in day-to-day operations related to Population Health data management and related activities.
  • Supporting a range of administrative activities including data management, analysis, preparing and editing quality-related written communications.
  • Attending meetings to review data and participate in the development of Quality strategy with multiple commercial payers; supporting thought-leadership opportunities and presentation development; coordinating and preparing for visits with practices and providers; and supporting special projects.
  • Establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with organizational leadership, stakeholders, staff, and affiliates
  • Demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned/requested.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills and interact effectively with multiple disciplines within the practice setting.
  • Must have data analysis and research skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to successfully prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
