Job Summary:

Job Description

Partner with information security and the business to develop and implement enterprise-wide and cross-functional Consumer IAM solutions. Lead the implementation and integration of IAM solutions (such as PING Identity, PING Access, IBM Security Access Manager and Advanced Access Control, Directory Services). Develop, implement and support IAM single sign on solutions using SSO/OAUTH/OIDC for applications on the cloud, on premise, mobile, and Office 365. Act as a subject matter expert as it pertains to IAM technologies (Privilege Access Management, Multi-factor authentication, PKI, Active Directory) and integration execution. Integrate IAM systems with applications for access lifecycle management, provisioning, identity authentication, and developing connectors between IAM tools and system resources. Follow industry trends and information security best practices, including network security, infrastructure security, application security, compliance frameworks, and other regulatory requirements. Proactively keep current on information security issues related to business processes Troubleshoot and resolve technical identity and access management related issues.

Functional Competencies

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required or 12 years of relevant experience and a HS Diploma in lieu of college degree .
• Requires a minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in IT security or related fields.
• Requires project management and/or program management experience arising from leading long-term engagements with multiple constituents.

Additional licensing, certifications, registrations:

• One of the following certifications are required. Will consider candidates without certification but must obtain one of the following certifications within 18 months of hire: CISSP, HCISSP or SANS Certifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Identity Management, Authentication and Single Sign On/Federation Services technologies
• Knowledge of information security, including network security, infrastructure security, application security, compliance frameworks, and other regulatory requirements
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience with authentication standards and technologies such as multi factor authentication, JSON Web Token (JWT), etc.
• Experience with one or more programming languages such as C/C++, Java, Python, Javascript, or C#
• Experience with Linux/Unix, Windows, scripting (with programming languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Perl), SQL, LDAP, and web services
• Experience with Agile methodology, DevSecOps and SDLC concepts/tools

This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity.
