About the Role

The Account Supervisor brings value to our clients by passionately and professionally representing the agency on a day-to-day basis. They are the trusted partner and point of contact for mid-level clients, partnering with account leadership to deliver operational discipline and delivery excellence, speed to market, resource optimization, and profitability management. Account Supervisors are efficient, highly organized, and able to build relationships while collaborating with team members across all of Ogilvy's disciplines. Account Supervisors strive to solve our clients' larger business problems, not just the immediate request at hand.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the key day-to-day project contact with mid-level clients, creative teams, and other agency partners
  • Manage client objectives, expectations, and timelines; communicate changes to internal team members and drive them towards forward progress, action, and results
  • Work integrally with all internal team members to facilitate the process of developing effective strategies and briefs
  • Influence the efficiency and quality of work, advocating for the agency/client relationship
  • Effectively present work from a delivery standpoint
  • Understand staffing and scoping requirements
  • Own project management/workflow system data entry and reporting
  • Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans
  • Mentor and support the development of more junior team members

What You'll Need

  • 4+ years of client-facing agency experience; telco experience is a plus
  • Strong production experience (TVC, etc)
  • Experience forming strong client relationships
  • Knowledge of client and agency operations; working knowledge of Ogilvy's capabilities
  • Business and financial acumen
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated capability to meet deadlines and stay within budget
  • Accountability and calm, confident presence

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. Pay Range
$60,000$140,000 USD
