Job Description

STV currently have an opening for aPMIS Specialist to work within our Digital Advisory Group, which is a part of our Centers of Excellence division.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for Project Management Information System (PMIS) solution configuration to meet clients' needs.

  • Leading information-gathering sessions with clients, analyzing the information and prioritizing the requirements to gain understanding of the business needs and support their business plans.

  • Prepare and deliver training programs to our clients and teams.

  • Coordinate the review of designed solutions with key client stakeholders.

  • Responsible for using internal controls and reporting accurate information.

  • Day-to-day software operation support for internal and external business partners.

  • Data extraction and data analysis as demanded for program and project management usage.

  • Explore advanced data-oriented workflows and technologies to expand the service of project control technology service group.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields is required.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the AEC Industry is required.

  • 3+ years of experience leading or administering the use of PMIS in the AEC Industry is required.

  • Experience with Kahua, eBuilder, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore or Unifier is a plus.

  • Basic knowledge of project management and construction management workflows is required.

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills are required.

  • Experience in client-facing roles.

  • Technology driven thinking and detail oriented.

  • Experience in BI tools is a plus.

  • Experience in data analytics is a plus.

Compensation Range:

$60,235.00 - $80,313.00
