Job Description

Datadog's Finance team works with teams across the organization, providing commercial, operational and analytical support to ensure that Datadog's business continues to grow as rapidly and efficiently as possible.

Datadog is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst to become an essential part of the company's rapidly growing team. Reporting to the Manager, Accounts Payable, this individual will be responsible for processing domestic and international vendor invoices and payments and assuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

What You'll Do

  • Process invoices timely and accurately in various languages for regions around the world (Familiarity with VAT filings strongly preferred)
  • Process and review requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor onboarding profiles
  • Research and resolve any payment and/or invoice discrepancies
  • Reconcile and/or analyze vendor accounts/statements to ensure timely resolution of any variances
  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
  • Assists with month-end accounting close process (including, but not limited to, AP close, accruals, and data compilation)
  • Review employee expense reports to ensure they adhere to the company expense policy
  • Assist with 1099 reporting and maintenance of W-9 forms
  • Assist with audit requests from both internal and external auditors

Who You Are:

  • 2-4 years of previous AP experience
  • Strongly proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure; dependable with deliverables and deadlines; able to multitask
  • Confidence, good judgment, self-motivated, energy and personality to work in a fast-paced environment across all levels of management and across functions and geographies
  • Familiarity with Coupa, Netsuite, and Expensify is a plus
  • Multilingual/Polyglot a plus

Datadog offers a competitive salary and equity package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
