We are seeking a dedicated graphic designer to join our growing marketing team. You will collaborate with other designers and members of marketing to create effective and eye-catching documents, presentations, ads, social media images, and campaigns to promote the company and our products. Your duties will include developing graphics for digital, print, and social media.

What you'll do...
- Create and design various materials for digital delivery and print using InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Design social media posts in Photoshop and Canva.
- Build and edit presentations in PowerPoint.
- Work within and adhere to the brand guidelines.
- Perform editing and manipulation of images.
- Manage multiple priorities and communicate status regularly.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing team to develop new concepts.
- Help maintain a catalog of shared design resources.
About you...
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a creative field.
- Knowledge of best practices for layout, typography, print, social media and web design.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Portfolio of work with an appropriate range of creative projects.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot a plus.

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $55,000 - $65,000. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
