  • Government Contract Pursuit: Take the lead in pursuing state and government contracts, meticulously evaluating scopes of work, deadlines, and resource requirements. Your expertise will be key in positioning our proposals for success.
  • Efficient Proposal Submission: Utilize the latest technologies like the Wrike platform to flawlessly submit and complete RFP submissions. Your attention to detail ensures that our proposals shine brightly in the competitive landscape.
  • Collaboration Champion: Work closely with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and Legal to ensure seamless processing of legal and certification documents. Your ability to collaborate ensures compliance and enhances our submission quality.
  • Track Record Excellence: Monitor and track the results of our submissions and awarded bids using the Wrike platform. Your meticulous tracking ensures we learn and adapt for even greater success in the future.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Bring at least 3 years of experience in government contract management or a related field to the table, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex processes with finesse.
  • Tech Savvy: Experience with platforms such as GovWin, Wrike, JDA, and Tableau is preferred, showcasing your adaptability to leverage technology for streamlined processes.
  • Detail-Oriented: Your strong attention to detail and organizational skills will be the cornerstone of our success, ensuring that no opportunity slips through the cracks.
  • Communication Maestro: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, enabling you to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders alike.
