The 33 Seaport Hotel NYC has immediate openings for outgoing, energetic and customer service oriented individuals to fill the positions of Buspersons/Runners in our restaurant. In this role, you will set up and clear tables, stock all service stations and assist food servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction.

What will you be doing?

Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting. Promptly and consistently reset all serviceware as prescribed.

Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments.

Serve guests with beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.

Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.

Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.

Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

What is required?

Previous experience in a similar position preferred.

Food Handlers certification.

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.

Excellent Customer service skills.

For applicants who will be working in NYC, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $14.00 - $16.00 per hour + tips. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, work location, etc. Crescent Hotels is a multi-state employer and the salary ranges indicated herein may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
