Senior Brand Analytics Manager

Reporting to the Senior Director of Brand Strategy & Consumer Insights, this role is essential as we reintroduce the brand to consumers. You will work across the Strategy & Brand Marketing team to advance our existing approach to measuring integrated marketing performance, harnessing diverse datasets to help identify opportunities, set strategy, design measurement frameworks and translate outcomes into meaningful results.

In this role you will get to:
Lead the development and execution of measurement frameworks, dashboards and data analyses to measure the effectiveness of our brand marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Conduct in-depth analyses of marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization across social, digital and traditional marketing channels.
Connect the dots between brand health, media performance, and business outcomes
Partner with internal colleagues (performance marketing, product, promotions, etc.) and external agency partners to build a full picture of the contribution of brand activity across the business
Analyze business and seasonal trends to inform strategic planning, marketing calendar and PR opportunities
Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on analysis and trend observation, directly influencing brand, media and creative strategy
Champion the integration of new analytical techniques and digital tools into the marketing team's workflow, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Lead supplemental audience research, message testing and creative pre-testing to inform overall brand strategy and audience understanding
Who you are:
Minimum 5 years experience in a marketing / media analytics role focused on insights, campaign measurement and analysis
Strong analytical, statistical modeling, and mathematical skills with ability to structure and conduct analyses
Strong experience with Tableau, SQL, and Google Analytics 360; experience with R, Python, or similar a plus
Fluency and experience with third-party measurement offerings in the space (Ad Effectiveness, Sales Impact, Multi-Touch Attribution, Marketing Mix Modeling, Cross-Media Measurement, Syndicated Audience Data Sources, etc.)
Experience with CDP or segmentation/activation tools a plus
Excellent communication/analytical storytelling ability to translate data into insights and recommendations
Track record of using data and insights to drive change and implement new initiatives
Understanding of the cross-channel and cross-platform marketing and media landscape
Understanding of brand and marketing performance measurement, latest tools and best practices
Ability to build relationships across internal teams and external partners
Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter with ability to work independently
Experience working with creative and media agencies and external measurement vendors
Passion for travel coupled with strong belief in the power of brands and the role they play in changing the trajectory of a business and organization

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.
The salary range for this position is $110,000-$140,000.
