Purpose of Position

Join our team as a Team Business Operations Manager and work alongside our Team Leader and other brokers to facilitate selling and leasing transactions of commercial real estate properties. This role provides proactive, direct assistance, and customer service to internal and external clients. As a Team Business Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for providing a broad range of marketing support, including proposals, pitches, presentations, and research, across print, web, and social media platforms. In addition, you'll assist in responding to business development initiatives and promote overall Team brand awareness. Essential Job Functions:

Client/Agent Support:

  • Actively support transaction management from pitch to closing.

  • Attend various client-related events, meetings, and presentations.

  • Assist in the preparation of marketing documents, presentations, reports, and competitive analyses.

  • Execute on team pitch process/strategy including content creation and production.

  • Assist in the implementation of a client retention marketing strategy.

  • Drive the team's short- and long-term growth strategy and increase its revenue and market share.

  • Take ownership of new business-related projects and promote team brand awareness via social media and email marketing.

  • Assist in the development of pursuit strategy and project manage all aspects of the pursuit.

  • Manage assigned marketing projects and ensure timely completion.

Property Marketing:

  • Support the team's property marketing initiatives.

  • Assist in execution for high-value property campaigns across multiple platforms.

  • Oversee print and digital advertising and calendar for drip campaigns.

  • Develop proposal content and other interactive marketing materials.

  • Write key sections for marketing strategy, market overview, team bios, and website content.

  • Maintain consistency with Colliers brand messaging and requirements.

  • Create and maintain business development marketing campaigns.

Research:

  • Leverage research to shape narratives and create tailored content experiences.

  • Maintain and modernize team's CRM databases and mailing lists.

  • Gather and coordinate the presentation of real estate market data.

  • Review and analyze property-level information.

  • Collect competitive marketing information and implement new and improved strategies.

General:

  • Manage ongoing reporting for the team's transaction pipeline.

  • Execute project preparation and ensure timely completion.

  • Attend internal sales meetings and strategize on marketing materials.

  • Social media and PR communication.

  • Other duties as required.

Required Skills:

  • 3-5+ years of relevant work experience in real estate.

  • University degree or equivalent required.

  • Understanding of commercial real estate terminology and documentation preferred.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong ability to learn and utilize new technologies.

  • GIS and database management experience is preferred.

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

  • Proactive thinker with an ability to meet deadlines.
