Job Title: Field Sales Support Coordinator

Job purpose

The Field Sales Support Coordinator provides administrative support to the MS Account Executives and Field Sales, for processes related to Opportunity Creation, Activities Tracking, Forecasting, and Pipeline Management for Fujifilm medical diagnostic imaging products.

Duties and responsibilities

    Collaborate and communicate with MS Account Executives and RDMS roles by zone to document selling activities, next steps, opportunity management, task management, opportunity creation, order submission, account and contact updates, and some potential customer literature follow up.
  • Effectively report field selling activities to multiple Sales Director roles on a consistent weekly basis or time depth to be determined by Sales leadership. Assist in dashboard development and opportunity roadmap updates.
  • Maintain consistent communication with field sales team to capture detailed selling activities in Salesforce in a timely manner.
  • Build cohesive relationships with Sales team, Sales Leadership & Order Fulfillment to help Sales team to maximize customer facing selling opportunities.
  • Additional duties as needed.
  • Comply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485 standard requirements and all other applicable laws, regulations, and standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
  • Two (2) to three (3) years of administrative or sales support work experience, especially in the medical device industry; preferred.
  • Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce, or other CRM software, preferred.
  • Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong ability to resolve a conflict or issue quickly and completely.
  • Strong ability to manage and execute multiple projects at the same time.
  • Strong ability to work with staff to encourage maximum teamwork and customer service.
