The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications,experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range ofpossible compensation at the time of posting.

Position Summary

The Administrative Coordinator supports the mission of the training and education resource (TRANSFORM) in the Irving Institute for Clinical and Translational Research. Reporting to the Senior Program Manager and Director of TRANSFORM, the candidate will: provide direct support to program faculty, staff, and scholars, particularly for training grants, implement and gather data for surveys, maintain up-to-date files and databases for program applicants, enrollees, and graduates; assist with building and updating a social media alumni network; and assist in compiling data reports as need throughout the year.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and gather data for surveys for current scholars and graduates.
  • Maintain up-to-date files and databases for program applicants, enrollees, and graduates
  • Create data reports for presentations, meetings, and grant proposals several times annually
  • Implement training and education pilot programs
  • Provide direct support to program faculty, staff, and students; assist with drafting and sending program-related correspondence, reports, abstracts, and manuscripts, particularly for doctoral student and postdoctoral fellow programs
  • Support application review process for multiple TRANSFORM programs
  • Schedule and coordinate events, classes, meetings, and day-to-day operations in the classrooms and conference room of the Education Center.
  • Performs related duties & responsibilities as assigned/requested.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent in education, training and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; highly organized and detail-oriented; excellent project management skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); experience with social media platforms (particularly LinkedIn); highly motivated, willing to learn, proactive, and a strong service orientation; team oriented and able to work independently
