**This position is a Senior Client Services Coordinator role based out of our Parsippany Office**

About you:

The incumbent is responsible for providing marketing and administrative support to the business units. Duties include prioritizing and managing multiple tasks at once, tracking action items, reviewing material for spelling, content coordination for proposals, as well as administrative items like expenses and managing travel arrangements.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist with execution of marketing campaigns, including scheduling campaigns, maintenance of mailing lists, and running campaign reports.

  • Create various presentation materials including charts, graphs and excel worksheets and write/edit document for spelling, grammar, and layout.

  • Liaise with clients to coordinate information, organize meetings, and obtain required documentation.

  • Create/ prepare content for proposals through conducting research, preparing surveys, comparative analysis, lease documents, etc.

  • Administer, coordinate, update and edit marketing collateral to support internal/ external clients.

  • Provide general administrative support through file management, organizing distribution or marketing efforts, general office maintenance, invoicing, etc.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar commercial real estate brokerage support position

  • Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat) and MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Ability to work under pressure, deal with multiple deadlines, effectively handles stressful situations, and work with minimal direction/supervision.

  • Strong organizational, time management, proof reading and multi-tasking skills

  • Customer service attitude with the ability to deal with strong personalities.
