As the Facilities Clerk for a major corporate client in New York City, you will oversee mailroom and package operations and assist with facilities management tasks such as furniture moves, kitchen and break room management, ordering supplies and materials, and interfacing with outside vendors.

You are enthusiastic and customer service focused. You are an organized individual who will keep the office organized and on track; as well as, manage and meet tight deadlines with ongoing facilities management projects.

What you bring:

Experience with project coordination and office administration.

  • 1-2 year of progressive administrative experience.
  • Experience processing invoices.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to handle multiple deadline tasks efficiently
  • Exceptional organizational skills.

Bonus skills and experience:

  • Experience with industry-standard mail and package processing systems (including, but not limited to, USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL)

What success looks like:

  • An ability to successfully anticipate the client's facilities needs in advance, especially sending out and receiving high priority packages
  • You meet deadlines and handle administrative tasks with strong attention to detail.

Approximate Hourly Rate for this role: $18.00 - $19.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
