Responsibilities

MV Transportation is seeking aUtility Worker to take care of our buildings and carry out cleaning duties as well as preventive maintenance duties.

Job Responsibilities:

• Doing small maintenance repairs and improving the condition of the building.
• Cleaning and taking care of the common areas, lobbies, parking areas, restrooms, break rooms, cafeterias, etc.
• Monitoring the washrooms, cleaning, restocking items, and servicing the restrooms.
• Quickly responding to any cleaning crisis.

Qualifications

Talent Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Must be 21 with good driving record.
• Trustworthy and maintains professionalism.
• Must be comfortable working on a flexible schedule, which includes weekends, evenings, and nights.
• Able to perform all routine cleaning duties and various maintenance duties promptly.
• Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.

Minimum starting rate: $18/hour

Maximum starting rate:$18/hour
