Description

Ensure that the requirements of the client are well defined, understood, and communicated to the laboratory staff. making sure samples are logged and process in LIMS properly. Ensure that each client project is adequately serviced by the laboratory. Schedule bottle delivery and pickup and workout all logistic part with client. Make sure your projects are complete in timely manner. Monitor the quality of project and follow up with client when project is done. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Ensure that all login sample receipt issues are addressed to client, resolved and/or escalated in a timely fashion. Manage day-to-day client interaction. Set and manage client expectations. Assist the client in developing sampling strategies and suggesting alternatives to help the client meet their project goals. Possess a thorough understanding of our capabilities and maintain a current knowledge of technical developments and regulations pertinent to assigned clients and projects. Develop lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties. Make sure to follow up with passive clients through email or phone calls. Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships. Build a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of a typical office environment, such as:
  • Sitting/standing
  • Possible light lifting

*The pay range for this position is $23- $26 depending on experience but not necessary, will train*
