Our landscape architecture team in Iselin, NJis growing and looking for the right candidate to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Assisting with site inventories/analyses in support of various design projects.
• Assisting in the production of conceptual and detailed designs (and associated contract drawings), presentation drawings, schedules and specifications, construction cost estimating.
• CAD drafting/GIS mapping for related disciplines.
• Development of plan and 3d graphics/visualizations for projects of various size and complexity.
• Assisting with preparing lighting plans/analyses.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture.
• 0-2 year's of practical experience as a landscape architect/designer
• A good working knowledge of AutoCAD 2020 of higher, Civil3d experience preferred.
• A good working knowledge of ArcMap, or equivalent GIS software.
• Experience of both hard and soft landscape design.
• Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
• Candidate must be able to work under pressure and to deadlines and have strong organizational abilities.
• Experience preparing concept plans, site plans, presentation graphics utilizing Photoshop, 3ds Max, Lumion, or equivalent software.
• Excellent verbal, written, and graphics communication skills.
