Job Title: 12-Month Social and Content Internship, Global Marketing - Maybelline New York

What You Will Do:

  • Handling all P.O.s and payments
  • Leading the creation of our music library on social, from briefing our music agency, to rounds of feedback, to final upload to Opera
    • This is key - as our local markets use these songs on their social videos for launches
  • Leading bi-monthly product laydown shoot logistics, from coordinating with our production studio, to pulling creative references, to leading 6+ rounds of feedback across social & content team and marketing
  • Leading mental health project: Lifter Animation
    • Coordinating with script writer, animator, rounds of feedback from our team & Cause lead
  • Administrative tasks
    • Shipping out product to influencer (KEY!!) and ensuring we have enough product
    • Opera submissions
    • Social performance recaps
  • Creating briefs for influencer content
    • Brainstorming concept + creating brief to send to agencies
    • Handling rounds of feedback for delivery back to the creator

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate (within 12 months) of a BA degree or MA degree
  • The ideal candidate should have previous cosmetic/beauty marketing experiences (not mandatory) within a group or an agency
  • Legally authorized to work in the US on a fulltime, permanent, and ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
  • Creative visionaries and strategic thinkers with a strong sense of aesthetics
  • Resilient: able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Passionate about by trends, new products, and advertising
  • Organizational skills: ability to self-manage projects, track and meet important timings/milestones
  • Analytical mindset: feels confident about working with numbers and data (Excel)

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:

Salary Range: $28.50/hr
