Posting Summary | The Assistant Dean of the Newark and New Brunswick campuses of the Entry to Baccalaureate Practice Division of the Rutgers School of Nursing (RSON) is responsible for ensuring the overall academic quality and operational efficiency of the BSN programs offered on the Newark and New Brunswick campuses including the Traditional Newark, Traditional New Brunswick, and Second Degree BSN programs, Entry into Practice Division. The Assistant Dean will be responsible for creating and maintaining a student-centered learning environment and a clinical education culture of professionalism, teamwork, inclusiveness, and respect among students, faculty, clinical instructors, and staff.
