Position: CIS Pre-Sales Senior Solutions Architect About Cognizant:

Summary of Position:

We are seeking a highly qualified and strategic CIS Pre-Sales Senior Solutions Architect. You will be architecting and implementing large transformative project engagements. In this role you will play a pivotal role in crafting and advancing our practice growth by ensuring the success of innovative solutions for our clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Solution Architecture:
  • Architect end-to-end ServiceNow, Cloud and Automation/AI solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with client requirements.
  • Lead all aspects of the design and implementation of related applications, integrations, and workflows.
  • Project Management:
  • Lead and manage the successful delivery of ServiceNow and other related CIS solutioning projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget execution.
  • Mentor project teams, providing guidance on standard processes and methodologies.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Knowledge & Skills:
  • 10+ years overall IT work experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on solutions architecture experience preferably from a top systems integrator
  • 2+ years recent ServiceNow, AI, and/or Automation solution design experience within a pre-sales function
  • Understanding of full stack enterprise using Hybrid or Cloud architecture on large-scale transformation engagements
  • Experience integrating with other enterprise systems
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performance ServiceNow practices.
  • Client-Focused:
  • Strong client engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective CIS solutions.
  • Certifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist and other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
Work Authorization
  • Cognizant will only consider applicants who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary is between $160,000-$180,000 depending on related experience.

It is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms applicable company plans.
