Expected salary for this position is $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities Include: |

|
|
Building maintenance including trash pick-up, spot cleaning as needed (carpet and/or other), ground level window cleaning (interior/exterior), restroom maintenance, store front and drive up power wash services, distribution and recovery of critical equipment and components, etc. |
|
|
|
Conduct site inspections including cleaning service overview deficiencies and maintenance concerns (i.e. lighting, plumbing, electric)
|
|
|
|
Van maintenance including complete/submit/log of inspection forms, van storage and van removal
|
|
|
|
Maintain inventory of janitorial supplies and completion of Monthly Task Sheet
|
|
|
|
Securing of areas including opening of picnic area and closure of branch front entrance
|
|
|
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, climb, kneel and lift over 50lbs. - Must be able to travel, enter and exit a vehicle without assistance - Must have a valid driver's license |
